Lucid dreaming and our unique app
Most people have heard of lucid dreaming, but many don’t fully understand what it is. When you achieve lucid dreaming you actually enter the dream consciously and then can do practically anything within the dream.
This is far more than a vivid dream, which is very realistic - but plays like a movie and you are just a person in the audience. In a lucid dream you are in the cast and also the director! Big difference!
Those of us who have the knack to dream lucidly share tales of flying, talking to people living and dead, changing nightmares to a positive dream and so much more - we all would love to be able to lucid dream nightly - but there is a catch.
How do you become conscious while you are asleep? That’s the conundrum - after all you're asleep and basically unconscious. This is where our app steps in with both audio voice alerts and something we call interval dream training (IDT).
These two unique aspects of our app help solve the problem of becoming conscious in a dream.

Up to you: It is important to note that the app is only a training aid, and therefore cannot guarantee your success achieving lucidity. Each person has to work on that outcome by themselves - We have created a suite of tools to help - but no guarantees - success is up to you. We hope you succeed!

Voice prompts: Think of the sound of the voice of a hypnotist when hypnotizing a subject. Low, confident, clear instructions that instruct the subject’s consciousness to step back and allow the subconscious to follow the hypnotist’s instructions.
Our app uses the same technique - the calm hypnotic voice - but in a different way. The voice instructs the conscious part of the brain to awake and begin to control the subconscious dream - while still asleep! These voice prompts are short, at the right time (see below) and step aside as your conscious becomes active in the dream, and works hand in hand with your subconscious. The effect is truly incredible.
Interval dream training: To understand interval training, it is necessary to understand our nightly sleep states. There are four states that play in the same order multiple times during the night. They are Light sleep, a second type of light sleep, deep sleep and finally REM (or Rapid Eye Movement) sleep.
Our most vivid and realistic dreams happen during the REM sleep mode. Because we cycle through these modes 3 to 5 times during the night, we consider it important to become conscious as many times as possible. This requires understanding a person’s sleep stages - especially the duration. Our app has a training option to make it easy for the dreamer to locate one or more of their personal REM states. We call this interval dream training.
Once the dreamer has established his or her dream pattern, they can build their personal voice prompt timing, no longer needing the training program's voice prompts.
We believe there is a strong possibility that once a dreamer has mastered lucid dreaming using the voice prompts in our app - they may be able to dream lucidly on their own - no app required.
